Return Policy

We understand that sometimes an item may not work out and you may need to return it. We will gladly accept returns or exchanges of unused products in their original condition and packaging within 30 days of purchase. We will provide you with a return authorization and instructions for the return. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. All refunds will be issued in the same form as the original payment. Refunds will be issued within 14 business days of receipt of the return. If you believe that you have received a defective or incorrect product, please contact our Customer Service department at within 7 days of receipt and we will work to make the situation right. We do not accept returns or exchanges on products that have been installed, used, or altered in any way. Special orders and custom orders are also not eligible for returns or refunds.
